Taking Synofit while you are traveling.

Taking Synofit while you are traveling.

As a loyal Synofit user, you will sooner or later have questions regarding travel and Synofit. This article discusses relevant considerations and our advice. People often ask if Synofit Premium Capsules are more convenient when away from home.

Liquid or capsules?

Generally speaking, it is easier to take Synofit Premium Capsules with you, than Synofit Premium Liquid.

  • The liquid needs to be kept in a cool place in order to maintain its shelf life. If that presents a challenge, we recommend taking the capsules with you while travelling. Just make sure you keep the capsules out and away from direct sunlight. In addition, it might be easier to take Synofit Premium Capsules in your purse or bag than Synofit Premium Liquid.
  • For shorter trips, you could just take a few capsules with you, instead of an entire container for the liquid. Aside from the need to keep the liquid cool, the liquid container is bulkier and heavier. A few capsules can even fit in a pocket (provided they do not get too warm).
  • Airlines maintain strictly enforced rules regarding liquids in your carry-on luggage. Usually, the maximum allowed on flights is 100 ml. The Synofit Premium Liquid container obviously exceeds this quantity. On long flights, on which you would need to take your daily dosage, the liquid which is more than the liquid container. Yet another reason why during some situations, the Synofit Capsules are more convenient. Since the Synofit Joint Gel tube is exactly 100ml, bringing it onto a plane should not present any problems. It is of course possible to take Synofit Premium Liquid with you in your checked luggage. Oftentimes the temperatures in the space of the airplane where the checked luggage is stored are within an acceptable range, although there are no guarantees. We always advise our customers, when in doubt, to check with their airline company.

What do you advise in case I want to temporarily change from liquid to capsules?

For the reasons that are mentioned above, it may be that you want to take capsules temporarily instead of the liquid. This can usually be done without any problem. Read more about changing from one formula, to the other, in our blog.

  • Synofit Premium Capsules have a long shelf life of about 2 years after the date of production. They also do not need to be kept in a cool place. Have you purchased capsules for a trip but would like to continue using the liquid? You can safely hold onto the capsules for a future trip.
  • To order, simply multiply the number of days that you will be traveling with the dosage of either 2 or 3 capsules per day. This will tell you how many capsules you will need.
  • When you plan to be more active during your vacation, we recommend also purchasing the Synofit Joint Gel. Using the gel can provide additional comfort at the end of the day when you may have walked more than you are used to. The Joint Gel is used topically for fast acting relief of sore joints and muscles.
Please do not hesitate to contact us in case you have additional questions about the use of Synofit while you are traveling.
